Rathmael M’womba graduated from Malawi Assemblies of God University with a bachelor of social science in early childhood development. He previously worked with Youth Net and Counselling (YONECO). He joined the Wasambo Education Foundation in February 2026 and currently serves as a special projects manager.

He has over two years of experience working with communities on various projects, and he is committed to bringing positive change to both communities and organisations through his expertise.
